This is the story of how I stopped smoking.


About a year ago I saw two videos from two ladies about their experience with stopping smoking and both had different specific perspectives that supported me. It encouraged and spurred me on to not only apply their suggestions, but to be creative in really asking myself what would support me specifically in this process?


Ever since quitting I've been wanting to share my own experience of stopping smoking, to add my perspective to theirs, so that anyone who is walking this point of stopping smoking, or stopping an addiction or any other habbit or pattern in their lives - can source from different perspectives, and perhaps, some day, add your own findings, paying it forward .
